Use These Tools To Break Through The Fears That Are Holding You Back
One of the main questions I get are how to break through fers or how to come “unstuck”. It’s something you might be focused on but can’t seem to make progress towards. How do you start to move closer to it?
Start by writing down your main goal. Then write down the thing that you think is stopping from achieving this goal. What is that story you’re telling yourself around what’s stopping you?
