Stacie’s Loaded Guacamole
- 3 Avocados, mashed
- 1/4 Cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. Cumin (more if desired for taste)
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir/blend until mixed well and smooth consistency.
- Serve with raw veggies, organic blue corn chips, in a wrap, or as a topping on a salad.
